Christopher Lutz,
a German chess grandmaster. He was book author and chess consultant of Hydra, and has own experience in computer chess programming. He was along with Michael Schmitt co-author of the chess program Paul, which played the WMCCC 1989 in Portorož [1] and author the program Bernie, playing the first IPCCC 1991.
