Eyal M. Reingold,
an Israeli-Canadian psychologist and professor in the Department of Psychology, University of Toronto Mississauga. He received his B.A. in psychology and philosophy from Tel Aviv University in 1985, and his Ph. D. in cognitive psychology from the University of Waterloo in 1990. His research interests include unconscious perception, memory, learning, and eye movements and attention on visual search tasks, to study expertise in reading and chess, to study memory encoding and retrieval, and the saccadic system with special interest in the saccadic inhibition phenomenon.
