Johannes Buchner,
a German mathematician and computer scientist affiliated at the Free University of Berlin. As former member of the AI-Game Programming Group headed by Raúl Rojas [1], he worked on the chess engine FUSc# [2] and implemented rotated bitboards and an iterative search, as published in his Bachelor thesis [3].
