Ming-Cheng Cheng,
a Taiwanese computer scientist affiliated with the Department of Engineering Science, National Cheng Kung University in Tainan City. Along with Shi-Jim Yen, he is co-author of the Chinese Chess engine Shiga, and along with Chiaping Hsu, he co-authored the Go playing program CPS [1]. So far, Shiga won five times the Gold medal at all Computer Olympiads since Kanazawa 2010, and before, five times Silver.
