Mobile Chess,
a Java ME chess program written by Huang Chen, Shanghai Xianqu Info-Tech Co., Ltd. [1], published on SourceForge.net [2]. Mobile Chess courageously competed at the WCCC 2008 in Beijing, where it ran on a Nokia 6120 c Symbian OS smartphone with an ARM11 processor at 369 MHz, while it opponents were at least quad core PCs or clusters.
