Samuel Henry Fuller, III,
an American electrical engineer, computer scientist and former vice president, research and development, at Analog Devices, Inc. [1]. He received his Ph.D. in electical engineering from Stanford University in 1972 under advisor Edward McCluskey, and was associate professor at Carnegie Mellon University, where he was involved in the design and performance evaluation of several experimental multiprocessor computer systems, and co-authored along with John Gaschnig and James Gillogly on an analysis of alpha-beta [2] .
