Scid vs. PC,
a Chess GUI, with the ability to run detailed chess analysis, hold computer tournaments, and create huge databases, as well as playing on-line with FICS [1] and against computer opponents. It is a fork of Shane Hudson's Chess Information Database (SCID), and requires installation of Tcl/Tk [2]. It runs on Linux, Mac OS and Windows desktop computers, supporting Chess Engine Communication Protocol and UCI compliant engines, and is authored by Steven Atkinson.
