Timothy Arbuckle,
an Amercian computer engineer and programmer. In the late 50s, while affiliated with IBM's Service Bureau Corporation, New York, N. Y., he was along with Alex Bernstein, Michael de V. Roberts and Martin Belsky member of the team developing The Bernstein Chess Program for the IBM 704 [1].
