Timothy J. (Tim) Hays,
an American software developer and senior staff scientist at Natural Selection, Inc. [1]. He was the lead programmer of the evolutionary checkers program Blondie24, and worked along with David B. Fogel et al. on evolutionary chess [2] which results in the chess program dubbed Blondie25 [3] [4].
