Alejandro González Romero,
a Mexican computer scientist affiliated with the Barcelona School of Informatics (Facultat d'Informàtica de Barcelona, FIB) of Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain, and before with the University of Edinburgh and the National Autonomous University of Mexico. His research interests include artificial intelligence, computer chess and Scrabble. Alejandro González operated FIBChess by primary author Guillermo Baches García during the WCCC 2004.
