Andrea Zinno,
an Italian computer scientist and mathematician with a degree in statistics and decision theory from Sapienza University of Rome in 1987, actually affilliated with Oracle Italy ^[1]. As Othello programmer, Andrea Zinno is author of TooThought! .

TooThought! applies MTD(f) with ETC, an adapted version of ProbCut and move ordering based on shallow searches and transposition table information. The customizable evaluation is by default based on discs patterns, mobility and, in the endgame, on parity. These features are linear combined and their weight factors are estimated using a gradient descend method ^[2].
