		Barney Darryl Pell, an American computer scientist, entrepreneur, angel investor, and technology and product strategist. He has worked for NASA, Microsoft, and LinkedIn, amongst others, founded Powerset and Moon Express, and is co-founder, chairman and CSO at LocoMobi ^[1] ^[2]. He received his Ph.D. in CS from Trinity College, University of Cambridge on the topic of Meta-Game Playing ^[3]. His program Metagamer is able to play and learn the games of Chess, Checkers, noughts and crosses, Chinese Chess, and Shogi ^[4].
