Bernd Owsnicki-Klewe, a German computer scientist and software developer, Full professor with Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and actually lecturer at University of West Florida. Bernd Owsnicki-Klewe received his Ph.D. in 1985 on Chess Knowledge Representation at the CS department of the University of Hamburg [1] . At the Advances in Computer Chess 4 conference 1984, Owsnicki and his fellow Kai von Luck, discussed a method of plan construction in computer chess with results from its application in a program called N.N.. They illustrate three categories of possible errors, each with its own cause and each with a different level of solvability [2] [3] .
