Berthold (Bert) Seifriz, a German former chess software reseller and distributor, until 2000 [1] owner of Gambit-Soft [2] [3], which discontinued in 2001 [4]. At the WMCCC 1993 Berthold Seifritz represented and operated MChess, the program by Marty Hirsch which was then exclusively distributed in Europe by Gambit-Soft.
