Carlos Pesce,
an Argentinian chess player ^[1], computer chess expert and opening book author. Carlos worked with various chess program authors not only on their book, notably with Vincent Diepeveen on Diep ^[2], with Richard Pijl on The Baron ^[3], with Dieter Bürssner on Yace ^[4], with Tim Foden on Green Light Chess ^[5], with Gian-Carlo Pascutto on Deep Sjeng, with Sergei Markoff on SmarThink ^[6], with Igor Korshunov on WildCat ^[7], with Carmelo Calzerano on Leila ^[8], and with Miguel A. Ballicora on Gaviota ^[9], to name a few. Carlos was also involved in providing opening books for the Arena GUI ^[10].
