Carmelo Calzerano,
an Italian computer chess programmer and founding member of the Gruppo Scacchi e Informatica. He is author of the UCI compatible chess engine Leila, which won the 1st Campionato Italiano per Programmi Scacchistici 2001 in Pisa.
