Christopher (Chris) Conkie,
a Scottish Microsoft certified technology specialist, solutions expert, and professional developer ^[1]. As chess programmer, Chris is author the private chess engine Azraël ^[2]. He serves as main tester, web programmer, interviewer and clone and derivative chess engine investigator for the Arena team. As opening book author, Chris Conkie created the Gladiator Book, as adapted by Buzz at CCT9 ^[3] and by Dirty at WCRCC 2010, as well used in engine rating list such as the CCRL ^[4], and created the Arena ECO text files ^[5].
