Daniel V. Dimov, an Internet law expert and legal consultant based in Belgium. He is Ph.D. candidate at the Center for Law in the Information Society at Leiden University, and holds a Master's degree in European law from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2009, and a Master's Degree in Law from "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse in 2008. He is a fellow of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the Internet Society (ISOC). His services include the areas of information privacy, crowdsourcing, E-commerce, intellectual property, Internet governance, online dispute resolution, online gambling, and virtual worlds [1]. Along with Jaap van den Herik, Aske Plaat, and David Levy, Daniel Dimov published on plagiarism in game programming competitions, in particular on the ICGA Investigations of the Rybka Controversy [2].
