David J. (Dave) Darling, a British astronomer, freelance science writer, and musician, during the early 80s affiliated with Cray Research. At the ACM 1980 and ACM 1981, along with Robert Hyatt, Albert Gower and Derek Robb, Dave Darling was mentioned as team member of Cray Blitz [1] [2].
