David F. Gleich, an American computer scientist and assistant professor at Purdue University. He holds a B.Sc. in 2004 from Harvey Mudd College where he worked and published on machine learning and genetic programming in computer chess [1], and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Stanford University in 2006 and 2009 respectively. His research interests include high performance and large scale matrix computations with focus on analyzing large data from information networks, social networks, protein networks, and scientific simulations.
