Dieter Schultze,
a German electrical engineer and former chess programmer. When affiliated with VEB Mikroelektronik „Karl Marx“ Erfurt, along with Rüdiger Worbs, Dieter Schultze co-authored the program of the early dedicated Chess-Master computer [1][2], which played the 3rd World Microcomputer Chess Championship 1983 in Budapest [3].
