Gabriel Guillory,
a French software developer, chess player ^[1] and computer chess programmer. He is author of the chess engines Castellar and Arion, and the PGN command line tool PgnScanner which can be used to create opening books, accessible from Windows engines through the Accbook dll ^[2].
