George Moore, an American electrical engineer and research fellow at Agilent Technologies. He received a M.Sc. in 1974 from Mississippi State University, and a Ph.D. in 1980 on signal processing and communications from Purdue University. As early computer chess programmer, he co-authored MSU CP along with Mike Rackley, participating the ACM 1972 [1].
