Giuliano Ippoliti, an Italian computer scientist and chess player [1], since 2003 resident in France [2]. He holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and CS, and a M.Sc. in Telecommunications engineering from University of Pisa in 2003. In 1998, he was finalist at the National Mathematics Olympiads, and the national qualifier of the International Physics Olympiads. As computer chess programmer Giuliano is author of the engine GiuChess [3], and the Perl module Chess-Play to play chess games, calculate legal moves, and to use a search algorithm [4] .
