Haiying Wang, a Chinese computer scientist, and engineering manager affiliated with LinkedIn, Sunnyvale, California, and before with Huawei Technologies and VMware. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in computer engineering from Nanjing University [1], and a Ph.D. in 1994 on graphical user interface management systems from University of Alberta, where he also contributed to Chun Ye's and Tony Marsland's Chinese Chess program Abyss in providing a GUI [2], also mentioned as sample with image in his Ph.D. thesis [3].
