a French computer scientist and assistant professor at Toulouse 1 University Capitole. He received his Ph.D. in CS from the University of Toulouse III, Paul Sabatier in 1993. His research interests include automatic generation of shapes, morphologies and behaviors for virtual entities, relying on the artificial life paradigm [1]. Along with Nicolas Lassabe et al. he published on Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms and Genetic Programming applied to chess, also introducing their chess engine Tempo [2].
