		Hsuan-Chen (Neil) Shih, a Taiwanese computer scientist and software engineer at FTDI, Taipei. He is author of the Chinese Dark Chess program DarkCraft, Gold medal winner of the 16th Computer Olympiad, Tilburg 2011, and holds a masters degree from National Taiwan Normal University under Shun-Shii Lin in 2012, his thesis covering the design and implementation of DarkCraft focusing on Bitboard techniques, which further received the 2013 Taiwan Computer Game Association thesis award ^[1].
