Jan Kuipers,
an early Dutch chess programmer residing in Belgium ^[1]. He is author of Tiny Chess 86 (TC86) written in 8086 assembly, which played the Second PCW Microcomputer Chess Championship 1989 in London ^[2] and the First Dutch Computer Chess Championship 1981 in Utrecht.
