Jan Willemson, an Estonian mathematician, computer scientist, and since 2009 project manager at Software Technology and Applications Competence Centre (STACC), a joint initiative between the University of Tartu, Tallinn Technical University, and various Estonian software and knowledge-based technology companies [1]. Before, he was affiliated with the Institute of Computer Science, University of Tartu, from 2004 until 2008 as assistant professor. His research interests include Cryptography, Data security, Time-stamping of digital documents, motion planning, and game theory [2]. He is author of the Clobber [3] program ClobB.
