Jiaxing Song,
a computer scientist affiliated with the University of Alberta, where he already defended his Master's degree in 2013 under advisor Martin Müller on an improved Amazons solver for small boards and endgames [1]. He built databases for territories and active areas, and incorporated them into a df-pn based solver [2]. Since 2010, Jiaxing Song is co-author of the Amazons playing program Arrow2[3], then competing at the 16th Computer Olympiad, Tilburg 2011, where it won Bronze, and the 17th Computer Olympiad, Yokohama 2013.
