Johandry Gonzalez Espin,
a Cuban chess player, FIDE Master[1] and computer scientist [2]. In 2010, he registered "his" chess program SquarknII for the WCCC 2010 in Kanazawa[3], which turned out to be a clone of Robbolito 0.85g3. Johandry Gonzalez Espin and "SquarknII" were therefor disqualified from participating in the ICGA events in Kanazawa and will not be considered for participation in future ICGA events [4].
