Julien Kloetzer, a French computer scientist with a Ph.D. in Monte-Carlo Techniques: Applications to the Game of the Amazons from Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), under supervision of Hiroyuki Iida. His research interests include computer games and reinforcement learning, and he is author of the Amazons program Campya.
