Lung-Pin Chen,
a Taiwanese computer scientist affiliated with the Department of Computer Science, Tunghai University, Taichun, where his research interests includes the game of Nonogram. He is co-author of the Nonogram program ThuNono, silver medal winner at the 17th Computer Olympiad, Yokohama 2013 ^[1] .
