Marquis,
a WinBoard compatible chess engine by Roland Marquis written in C++ and first released in late 2005 [1], optionally with an own GUI. Marquis has its over the board debut at Richard Pijl's CPT 2008. The opening book was cooked by Swedish-Swiss IM Roland Ekström [2].
