Matthew Reuben Brades,
an English youth chess programmer, notable for the fact that he joined the CCC at age 12 [1], two years younger than Zach Wegner. He is the author of various chess engines such as Magic (based on FirstChess) and FruitFly (based on Fruit). Along with Norman Schmidt and Dmitri Gusev, he is involved in the development of Firenzina, a derivative of Fire by Norman Schmidt and Milos Stanisavljevic [2].
