a dedicated chess computer by Hegener & Glaser running a Mephisto Genius 2 program by Richard Lang on an 80486 PC under MS-DOS, integrated as LCD laptop with trackball inside the drawer of a heightened Mephisto München board. Only 10 machines were produced around 1993, the price was about 15,000 DM (7,500 €) [2]. Almost the same program of the 68030 assembly branch was further released as Mephisto Genius 68030 as module for the Mephisto module system, sold for only1798 DM [3].
