Michael Reiss, a British computer scientist and as professional computer Go programmer author of the Go program Go 4++ [1]. Michael Reiss received his Ph.D. on Temporal Sequence Processing in Neural Networks [2] from King's College London in 1992, advisor was John G. Taylor. He started Go programming in 1983, when he saw an issue of the computing magazine A&B Computing [3] advertising a computer Go programming contest with a one thousand pound prize [4]
