Miikka Mäki-Uuro,
a Finnish computer scientist, senior lecturer at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, and International Master in chess. He holds a masters degree in CS from University of Helsinki. In his 1999 paper, he elaborates on the limits to the brute force intelligence in computer chess ^[1].
