Myron Michael (Mike) Samole, an American lawyer and management consultant, Juris Doctor from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, in 1967 [1]. In 1970, Myron and his brother Sidney Samole [2] purchased Fidelity Electronics and became sole shareholders of the firm [3]. Until 1983, Myron Samole was chairman of the board Fidelity Electronics [4].
