Oliver Uwira, a German student of computer science and economics from the Darmstadt University of Technology. As member of the Knowledge Engineering Group headed by Johannes Fürnkranz [1] , he is involved in the development of the poker bots AKI-RealBot, mcBotUltra [2] , dpp and akuma [3] . As strong chess player, Oliver is author of the UCI compatible computer chess engine Kurt, which is available from Jim Ablett's site and had it over the board debut at the Chess960CWC 2006.
