Paul Hsieh, a Canadian mathematician and programmer. Paul received a BS in math from the University of Waterloo in 1993 and a Masters of math from the University of Toronto in 1994 [1]. He was active in Game and Othello programming, and is along with Mark Brockington co-author of the Othello program QED [2]. Paul Hsieh further maintains his A zillion monkeys [3] sites on programming, optimization [4], hashing [5] and his assembly language lab [6].
