Remy de Ruysscher,
a Dutch computer scientist, system engineer, and dedicated IT professional. As computer chess programmer Remy de Ruysscher co-authored along with Vincent Diepeveen on the chess program Grijp [1], and then developed his own chess program Shannon, which competed at the DOCCC 1996 with a 50% score. Remy de Ruysscher was further involved in building a distributed chess system [2] [3].
