Rienk Doetjes, a Belgian chess player [1] and arbiter. Rienk Doetjes is former member of the Board of the Dutch Computer Chess Federation (CSVN) as 2nd Secretary, and regularly arbiter of the CSVN-Tournaments, the Dutch Open Computer Chess Championship and the International CSVN Tournament.
