Sean L. Empey, (January 29, 1976 - November 18, 2008 ^[1])
was an American computer scientist and IT director ^[2] of Empey LEAH corporation ^[3] located at the former McClellan Air Force Base northeast of Sacramento, California ^[4]. He graduated from Bella Vista High School in Fair Oaks, California and subsequently attended Sierra College. As chess programmer, Sean Empey was author of the chess engine Storm.
