Subir Bhattacharya,
an Indian computer scientist and professor for Management Information Systems ^[1] at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. With his colleague Amitava Bagchi, he researched on various search issues and investigated Stockman's SSS* algorithm. With some improvements they tried a recursive implementation, called RecSSS*.
