Tobias Tscheuschner, a German computer scientist and algorithmic trader with a Ph.D. from University of Paderborn on the Complexity of Local Max-Cut [1]. Tobias was member of the research group of Burkhard Monien with interests in combinatorial optimization, game tree search, and multi-player games. Along with Thomas Sauerwald, Tobias supported and later relieved Ulf Lorenz as tournament organizer of the International Paderborn Computer Chess Championship IPCCC.
