Toshihide Ibaraki, a Japanese mathematician, computer scientist and professor emeritus at the Department of Informatics, School of Science and Technology [1], Kwansei Gakuin University, Sanda, Japan. Beside metaheuristics and a lot of other things, he researched on search algorithms such as SSS* and parallel search.
