Toshihiko Okuhara,
a Japanese computer scientist and Othello programmer. He is author of the Reversi/Othello playing program Booby Reversi ^[1], and further contributed to Gunnar Andersson's program Zebra with parallel prefix bitboard code to determine mobility ^{[2] [3]}.
