a chess program and GUI by Luca Naddei with 2D- and optional 3D graphics board with change view angle and board rotate, engine and GUI compatible with the Chess Engine Communication Protocol. Uragano 3D played various Italian Computer Chess Championships and the WCCC 2006 in Turin.
