Will Leckie, a Canadian physicist, electrical engineer and electro-optics hardware designer at Ciena [1]. He holds a Master's degree from Queen's University in 2006 , where he worked with Michael Greenspan on Pool physics simulation. He is author of the search based shot sampling Pool program SkyNet, which participated at three Computer Olympiads, winning Silver at the 11th Computer Olympiad in Turin 2006 [2].
